At WINKA Rowing we care about protecting the personal data of our visitors and members. This notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

How data is collected
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically (website forms, WhatsApp, email) in the course of promoting, selling and supporting our services.
Transfer of data
Your data may be shared with our business partners, lawyers and authorised public institutions to fulfil our legal and financial obligations. Where transfer abroad is required, the technical and administrative measures required by KVKK are taken.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction or deletion, object to results of automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Membership terms (summary)
- Members may withdraw within 7 days of completing membership by written notice.
- Promotional memberships cannot be frozen.
- Freeze period is 7 days for 1-month memberships and 21 days for longer memberships.
